• Minimal clinical notes necessary to support safe and appropriate treatment.

 

Third-Party Services

I use secure, GDPR-compliant, industry-standard service providers to support my practice, including:

• Kiku – practice management

• Zoom Pro – secure video conferencing

• Gmail – email correspondence

 

Data Retention

Clinical notes are retained for 7 years following your final therapy session, in accordance with professional insurance requirements. After this period, they are securely destroyed.

 

Data Protection Complaints

If you have any concerns regarding how your personal information is handled, please contact me in the first instance.

Any data protection complaint will be acknowledged within 30 days of receipt before being investigated under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

Secure Video Sessions

Sessions are conducted via Zoom Pro.

To ensure the highest level of confidentiality:

• Every client receives a unique, password-protected meeting link.

• A secure Virtual Waiting Room is used for every session.

• You will be admitted to your session at the agreed appointment time.

 

Cancellation Policy

I operate a 7-day cancellation policy, unless an alternative agreement has been made with me in advance.

 

Jurisdiction

All therapeutic services are provided under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

 

Client Agreement

By using this portal, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

• You have read and understood the Therapeutic Agreement.

• You consent to the use of secure, individual Zoom meeting links for online sessions.

• You understand and accept the 7-day cancellation policy.
